Vietnam xuanguang iron & steel co., LTD. Phase ii oxygen production started in 2017 as the contractor, using the new process flow, DCS control system and dispatching a professional project construction management team. With the joint efforts of both parties, the oxygen production project was completed at the end of may.
In June of the same year, combined with xuanguang iron and steel company for commissioning of KDON-3800/3800 equipment, after several days of process confirmation, instrument calibration team, single-machine test, linkage test, equipment purge, naked cooling, risk removal and other work, all the technical indicators met the design requirements specified in the contract on June 20.And the company's leadership site docking 72 hours of continuous operation of equipment evaluation.

After the completion of the construction, our company dispatches a project manager with rich operation experience, 6 professional engineers, and operators in the site.
From the beginning of oxygen production to now, our company's operation team has formulated relevant regulations and preventive measures to ensure the normal operation of air separation in terms of output, safety, production and training.
Current goals of our operations team:
1. Complete oxygen production (2700000m cubed x12);Nitrogen yield (5760000m cubed x12) oxygen purity is above 99.65 and nitrogen purity is 10ppm.
2. Trained Vietnamese employees to independently monitor the change of process indicators in the main control room and make corresponding adjustments.
3. Train workers' safety awareness and eliminate major equipment safety production accidents.
